This beachfront unit is ideally situated on the 5th floor of the Pelican Beach Resort in Destin, offering our guests views of the white-sand beach and the emerald-green Gulf. Our condo blends coastal luxury with the comfort of home. It features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the kitchen essentials including cookware, tableware, and utensils. A washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the unit for your use. In addition to the king bed in the master bedroom, there are two twin beds in the guest bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The master bedroom includes a private ensuite bathroom with a tub and direct access to the balcony, while the guest bedroom connects to a second full bathroom with a shower. Each room is equipped with a Smart TV and cable access, and guests can enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the unit and resort.

The pool area at Pelican Beach Resort features multiple pools, including three outdoor pools and one heated indoor pool for year-round enjoyment. Guests can also relax in one of the two hot tubs, unwind at the poolside Tiki Bar, or enjoy snacks and drinks from the on-site café and convenience store. We provide our as well as our cleaner's phone number to our guests. Our cleaners and maintenance personnel will be available on a short notice if needed.
